moving sql reporting services to different server

Hi all,
I have a SQL Reporting Services server(the Reporting db's are on a different server). Basically these are to be decomissioned and I'm trying to find out how to migrate the web and db's for the reporting service.
Will there be naming issues with moving to a different server and what about security problems??
Any help on doing this is greatly appreciated

Ok, tried the MS KB article and followed the process. Now I get the following error on the new machine.
 
The version of the report server database is either in a format that is not valid, or it cannot be read. The found version is 'C.0.6.51'. The expected version is 'C.0.6.43'. To continue, update the version of the report server database and verify access rights. (rsInvalidReportServerDatabase)
 
 I used the install files for reporting services from the source server(the guy who put all this together is no longer with the company) as I assumed that would be the instll directory he used.

Any thoughts, or how to tell/obtain correct versions?

Looks like your dB is a newer version than your RS install.  C.0.6.51 is the SP1 version, so try installing SP1 on the RS side.
