How do I make a field, that is in a footer of a table, double underlined? &nbsp;Have two lines below the field?<br />

I set the bottom border to double, but it only shows one line. &nbsp;And is there a way to just underline the field (so only the text gets underlined) and not the entire column?

How do I make a field, that is in a footer of a table, double underlined?  Have two lines below the field?
