SSRS v2005 - Data-driven subscription

Asked by dbaSQL in SQL Reporting, SQL Server 2005

SQL / SSRS v2005  --- I have a gazillion regular subscriptions working just fine for ages now.  I recently tried my first 'data-driven' subscription to avoid sending a report if/when the relevant procedure has no resultset.  I THINK it is working.... but, as i said, this is my first data-driven, and I'm not necessarily certain.

Report Manager, subscription last run yesterday at the scheduled time,
status =  'Error:  Invalid attempt to read when no data is present.'

I am inclined to think this is ok, as the proc more often than not produces no results.  But the 'error' worries me.

I have another small data-driven subscription question, too, but I wondered if I could get some feedback on this first piece, first.
