I'm using SSRS 2005 with VS2005,
I have a MultiValue parameter,

How can i make custom selection groups?

lets say i have a Costumer Table
i want the ability to make this groups : [Select All] , [USA Costumers] , [ROW Costumers] (RestOfWorld)
