[ ERROR ] CAM-CRP-1093 Unable to read the contents of the keystore - Cognos 8 issue.

I just completed installing Cognos 8 Web/Application server (roles: dispatcher, content manager).

Opened Cognos Configuration and Selected Action menu and clicked Test.

Got the below error in the pop-window with a red X mark "Generating Crytographic Information"

When cliecked on Detail: Got the below error:

1. [ ERROR ] CAM-CRP-1093 Unable to read the contents of the keystore 'D:/Program Files/cognos/c8/configuration/signkeypair\jSignKeystore'. Reason: java.io.IOException: error constructing MAC: java.io.IOException: PKCS12 key store mac invalid - wrong password or corrupted file.

I have port 1433 open from the Dispatcher to the content Store db server and port 25 open for the notificatiion.

Please let me know if there is anything to fix this issue. I have attached a jpg - Cognos-error.jpg

It sounds like this installation doesn't think that it is a content manger, so it's trying to go out to another system for this.  Is this the only server in your system?  If so, post a picuture of the "Environment" section of Cognos Configuration.

I found ther solution by myself. Thanks for your positive efforts.
The issue was with the misconfiguration of our thirdparty authentication provider that provides seamless signon.
