Can you provide the full name of the .CFG file?
I would initially think it's probably just a corrupt print job, but those shouldn't end in .CFG. I think .CFG files are for default printer settings.
We may be able to determine which printer it is for based on the name. I would recommend deleting that printer, removing the driver, and then re-adding it.
