Backup MicroStrategy projects

Hi,

what is best practice to backup MicroStrategy projects? (Project configuration and information, MicroStrategy Admin Info like user setup etc.)

Any suggestions, solutions, experience or ideas?

Thanks for the link. I've not yet tried it but I'll get back to the topic in case of problems.

I know there is an option in MicroStrategy to export Attribute, Object etc. information. But this results only in an xls file containing the names of the elements. This is not sufficient to restore a project. So hopefully the metadatabase will do it.
