Well it is all Oracle now and have relabelled some of the products and can be a bit tricky finding "easy" answers.
Suggest you start reading a simple intro PDF from oracle : http://www.oracle.com/tech
Then visit the home page for hyperion and look at the various links for Hyperion products and Essbase : http://www.oracle.com/hype
Then there are various tutorials around the place - a few PDF examples from : http://www.pdf-search-engi
You question is far too general, and suggest you try to narrow it down a bit more, or, at least provide some background, what you are doing, what you need to achieve, your level of experience with BI solutions etc...
