Repair SQL 2005 Reporting Services?

Hi,
Does anyone know of a way of restoring the reporting services configuraion in SQL 2005.
I am having major issues trying to get reports to run and wanted to try and sor this out ASAP.

BUG: You cannot repair or uninstall SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services after you uninstall and then reinstall Internet Information Services 6.0

However, would this help?

ok, just trying to run http://myserver/reports and getting an HTTP 500 Internal error, tried everything and having no luck so thought a repair could do the trick.

have you checked IIS logs?
have you checked SQL Reporting Services Configuration tool?

do you have your encryption keys?

do you have a backup of reporting services elements?

something I have just checked.
I have VMware setup for testing purposes and took a copy of my SQL server a few weeks back when the reporting services was working.
I have just switched on the virtual server and the reports work fine I have looked in the IIS config and there are tabs missing from the IIS config compared to my live server so I think this is a good step towards why the reports are not working on the live SQL server, I have attached a screen shot of both the virtual and live IIS config.
