Hi
http://support.microsoft.c
See the "WORKAROUND" part
have you checked IIS logs?
have you checked SQL Reporting Services Configuration tool?
do you have your encryption keys?
do you have a backup of reporting services elements?
http://msdn.microsoft.com/
something I have just checked.
I have VMware setup for testing purposes and took a copy of my SQL server a few weeks back when the reporting services was working.
I have just switched on the virtual server and the reports work fine I have looked in the IIS config and there are tabs missing from the IIS config compared to my live server so I think this is a good step towards why the reports are not working on the live SQL server, I have attached a screen shot of both the virtual and live IIS config.
