how to produce single record if one column has more than one value

Hi guys
I have a table cus_demographic from which I need values from a column code baes on a customer id
The problem is that for a partcular customer is the code can have more than one value but I need all the values to be in one record and not multiple records.

here is what my current qery. The problem is that as cus_demographic.code has multiple values it produces multiple records for a customer.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
