"Cannot Connect" Error Message

Hi there!

Sorry that I couldn't write my "Question Title" more detailed! The problem I have is really wired.

I am new to Gupta TeamDeveloper and SQLBase!

I just created a small app which should establish a simple connection to my database! Now it cames to the wired stuff:

When I complie it in TeamDeveloper it works absolutly fine! When I buld the EXE and call it I get an "Could not connect" Error (Number: 9268)!

As I've said I am really new to Gupta (Unifiy) and have NO clue what this could be! I would appreciate your help!
