Any idea why this is happening. Only happens when running a single query and the query dosent even start to run. Just crashes out and leaves this error. NO CPU or memory spike jsut falls over??

I am asking this on another persons behalf and have limited knowlage of SQL. but if any one has any ideas that would be nice to hear..
