Call logging software/system for technical support dept

Don't know if this is the right area to ask this question, but I'll try! I am looking for a call logging / trouble ticket system for our small technical department. Some of the criteria we are looking for:

- FREE (or very cheap, we are a small firm)
- web based ie. so we can also access it from remote
- issues a unique ticket per call / case
- link to email system so tickets can be mailed
- customer database
- journal features
- reporting

Am I asking for too much? Thanks for any comments / links.

We use rt, which is open-source. As for the reporting, you'll have to roll most of that on your own against the mysql database that runs rt.

I am reviewing a product called Alert Software ( http://www.fieldpoint.net/ ).  It is costing about 795 per seat.  Does anyone know anything about this software.  It looks really good from the demo we got from the company.

Any experience out there?
