Microsoft Outlook 2007 Messages Hang in Outbox on sporadic e-mails.

I have an Exchange Server 2003 Standard Ed. and clients using MS Outlook 2003 and 2007.  Both fully patched and updated.  At least the best I can tell.  The problem I am having is with one of my users that has Office 2007 and Outlook 2007.  He will have messages very sporadically just sit in his Outbox.  Doesn't matter if it is internal or external addresses.  No firewalls setup and I have disabled the Security center and Windows firewall.  We do have McAfee VirusScan 8.5i installed.  I do not see any messages from the logs on that.  The only way he can get these e-mails to send is to move them back into his Drafts folder and then hit send again.  I also have Outlook 2007 and have only had one message do this in the last few weeks.  We do have MS CRM 3.0 installed with the outlook client as well.  Any help would be much appreciated.Start Free Trial
