I have the following problem which hopefully you can help me on.
I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have created the following workflow rule:
When case is created:
if:
Case.Case Type2 = Remote/Tel
then:
Email To: name, subject etc.
end if:
Although the rule is activated - and I have created cases since activating the rule - nothing shows up in the workflow monitor apart from one old rule in quotes which is paused.
Also I know email from CRM works because I setup the CRM server to forward emails to the Exchange server which sends the emails out okay - when emails are sent via the web based interface in CRM they arrive okay.
Any thoughts or ideas would be good.
