Error Installing outlook crm component

We have just upgrade from office 2003 to 2007 and have done it by the book but when we get to install the crm component it keeps giving us the following error

Action Mircosoft.Crm.Setup.Common.Analyzer+CollectAction failed.
Fatal error during installation
