Fresh CRM install on Virtual 2003 Server - Users cannot log in.

We installed CRM 3.0 on a Virtual 2003 Server and now I am trying to test it.

I have added several users with various permissions and when they try to log in, I get an error that simply says.
ERROR:
An error has occured. For more information, contact your system administrator.

The event logs show an ASP warning (ID 1309) but other then that I'm not sure where to look to figure this out?
