Pop-up blocker error message in CRM 4.0
I have recently upgraded to Microsoft CRM 4.0, and while the web based interface works flawlessly, the outlook client displays an error message whenever I try and create or a open any type of activity.
The error message states: "a microsoft dynamics crm window was unable to open, and may have been blocked by a pop-up blocker. please add this microsoft dynamics crm server to the list of sites your pop-up blocker allows to open new windows:(servername)"
I have installed all updates, disabled Internet Explorer's pop-up blocker, added the server to IE's trusted sites but the error message persists.

Try pressing Ctrl key just before you expect the popup window and if it was really a popup blocker problem it will display popup window properly as Ctrl key is used to disable popup blocking temporarily. This will lead us to proper solution.
