Hotfix for crm 4 not installing - need help

I am trying to install the hot fix KB948045 for crm 4 - outlook, and when it comes to the point where I should accept the licence agreement, there are no radio buttons appearing. I have rebooted several times, tried it in safe mode and still they do not appear so I cannot move forward and install the fix, I have installed this fix on 3 other machines without error - but for some reason this one is being difficult!
