We would like to have rules which automatically run each time cases are created and therefore the case actions trigger the rule.
We have made several rules which don't work automatically. However when we open the case, go to "actions" and apply rule and start the rule there it will work fine. But how can we make it so it runs automatically, it seems stupid to have to do it every time.
Also, in the Workflow monitor it shows all of our rules as being "Paused", how can we unpause them?
