Saleslogix 7 Migration, Moving to new server

I need a procedure for moving Saleslogix from one server to another. I may have the option of keeping the name of the server the same, but I'd rather change it. I know that the name change may make the move more complex.

The current install resides on a Windows 2000 server with SQL2000. The new location for this instance of saleslogix will be on a windows 2003 x64 server running SQL2005.
