Hi, we have just installed the standalone CRM version of Sage 200. It all seems to be working OK, however there is a report that i would like to be able to run that will detail all of the communications that has happened for say 20 companies. (basically we have a parent company eg. PC World, that has 25 branches...and i would like a consolidated activity report for all cases and communications to be run say once a month).
Can anyone assist ? Hope so cos otherwise its thousands down the pan :(
