I need to write TNS entry for salesforce.com to connect from organisation database.

In answer to your connectivity to SQL server, the best option is dbAmp from Forceamp.com. It installs to your SQL server as an SQL Linked Server and uses a provider that installs to the server and connects to your salesforce.com instance.

As for TNS, I'm not sure what that means. Can you clarify? It looks like you are looking for some sort of API access? If so, check out the salesforce.com API docs. Here is the SOAP sample for initiating a session with salesforce from an external source.
