CRM 4.0 Missing Menu Toolbar

Dear Help,

The attached screenshots describe the difficulty best. When creating a new Account, Contact, Lead etc. the options that usually appear to the right of "Save" "Save and Close" "such as Send E-Mail, Attach, Actions" are missing, however when you save the new Account, Contact, Lead etc. and reopen it, the options then appear. I dont know how to return CRM to the way it was?

You can't send by email data not saved.
Saved = Completed, Validated by the user.

To confirm leakim971's comments, when you create a new record (of any type), none of the menu items on the left hand side are available. This is normal behaviour for CRM.

Until you click on Save or Save and Close the record does not exist in the database so it would not make sense to be able to use of the menu items.

Can't be ! The program need to know when you have really completed the form. This is done when YOU saved it.
