How to add a link back to the origionating record in a email sent via a workflow

I have a custom entity called 'new_orderform'.  I have a workflow that sends an email notification to some users when a new record is created.  How can I create a hyperlink in the body of the email that will allow the receipient to click on it and open the origionating record?
