how can I integrate MS CRM DYNAMICS 4.0 with HP Open View System?
Dears,
I want to integrate MS CRM DYNAMICS 4.0 with HP Open View System as follow:
HP Open View is using to monitor servers status and opening tickets and updating it on any incident.
Now, I want Open view to be integrated with CRM inwhich the same ticket with uppdates have to be opened and announced on the CRM too?
Is that possible?
I am still searching and hope to find a solution?
Appreciate your help on this issue.

I very much suspect you will have to write or commission your own integration tool. CRM records can be created programmatically by calling its web services. If you want more information on programming CRM download the CRM SDK from www.microsoft.com/download
