Important Organization Takes Hours Completes and then cannot access

I have two domains (companies merged).  I want to move one CRM 4.0 org to a new crm 4.0 server in a different domain.  First I restored the database to my new SQL server.. that restored successfully.  Then I attempted to import that organization to my using deployment manager.  I was able to map the users (I created new accouts for the other domain users)... that also worked successfully.  The database is 33gb nad here I am 8 hours later and iimport completed.  The issue is I can't access the new org in CRM.  I checked out the import log and it appears as if all was going well into workflows and they all failed.

It is an all in one server Server 2003 SP2 with SQL 2008 SP1.  When that failed I moved to a different SQL server (this time a different box for SQL).  This time SQL 2005 with SP3 and am trying it again.
