Update Multiple email addresses CRM 3.0

I have 700 records to change the email field on.

Basically it is something like this, records currenly have

lastname@domain1.com

I need them to read

lastname@domain2.com

How is the best way to do this in CRM 3.0 without having to manually do the changes?
