Assigning image to Account Record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experts,

Basically what I want to accomplish is being able to upload a logo for every account record that exists in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I want to be able to open an existing account or create a new account, have a field named logo, which can contain a file upload input so the user can upload the logo to the database. Then I can use this logo in other parts of the CRM by calling it from the filtered account view. Anybody have any resources they can point me to in solving this?
