Hi, I am working as a Help Desk Agent in IBM , would like to plan my career in SAP. I dont have any Idea where t start and which moule will be use full, I also try reading the SAP R/3 Black Book. couldnt find it use full since it contains all the modules but in a brief. When I go through the EE site found some neat answers about the ABAP programming. but I would like to plan my career not as a programmer.
I need some experts view for the following questions
1. If I look in the perspective job wise, which module had teh demand and where do I start for it.
2. If any Training and certification needs to be done, where to go
3. After completing such training and certification , how to secure a job in sap. ( because most of the job seeking sites they require only experienced poeple )
4. Also, Any other suggestions for a newbie like me is most appriciated
