SAP Logon screen - URL Link

Hi,

In SAP Logon Screen i.e while clicking the SAP System from SAPGUI we get the SAP LOGON Screen which request us a user id and password. Here in this screen i have made a text saying about the system details and emergency contact no if any help. I have a requirment like i need make a URL in this text , while user double clicks this URL it should take to the web brower.
