In Salesforce how do I create multiple custom link Buttons to access my files/documents from an online server

Tags: Salesforce, Salesforce, Enterprise, installed behine firewall
I store my documents on a local hard drive. The folders are always stored in the same structure the first folder is the property address (I am in real estate) when you click on that folder sub folders open up like property, photos, billing, valuation, repairs etc... Instead of stoing these locally I would like to strore them in an on line server that I can access from anywhere. I want my Salesforce to have buttons in the appropriate areas that link to subfolders for the property record in am in. An example is when I am in a specific property file in Salesforce in the billing section for that property there is a button that links to the subfolder for billing which just gives me the billing files for that record, in the property information section there is a burtton that links to the photo folder for that property. How do I do this?
