Salesforce Filter Lookup Relationship

I am trying to create a custom lookup field that will filter the results

I have 3 objects
   Accounts
   Opportunities
   Ads

Opportunity page has a lookup field that points to Ads. When a user clicks on it to attach an Ad to the opportunity, it should only populate the ads that are associated with that specific account.  The default Salesforce lookup field populates all the ads in the system.
