I need to set up an auto-message that comes from Exchange 2007 the first time a new users opens his/her Inbox. If I can set it up so an attachment is included this will be good.

I am not able to open the posted link and I check with our technician here why this is happening he said:
There is no host available with name www.exchangecookbook.com , it cant not even resolve the IP.

It would seem that the domain hasn't been renewed. I have dropped the book author a note to see if they have done that on purpose.
It was the only script I was aware of. The only other suggestion would be to script the account creation and at the end of the script send an email automatically.
I can't help you with writing that script though. You would need to ask on the Powershell zone.
