SAP R/3 contains ABAP, you can get pirated CD's in market.

There is another software called as MINISAP which will help you to learn ABAP and BASIS.

You can download it for free from torrents website.
Please find the link attach to download it.

Hi!

You can't download ABAP. This is essential part of SAP.

But you can have your own SAP.

This book http://www.amazon.com/ABAP-Objects-Introduction-Programming-Applications/dp/0201750805 contains introduction into ABAP and SAP NetWeaver 2004s (ABAP release 7.0).
