I have discovered that the SAP is a very demanding area nowadays. Unfortunately, almost all the companies are looking for experience SAP ppl. How can I learn SAP as a fresh person???

SME stands for Subject Matter Expert. Generally a SME is a functional person, from the business side, who is fully knowledgable of departmental busines methods and expected outcomes.
This person provides business knowledge to the system configurator/programmers. Who also tests results of system changes/program results to be sure they conform to business process needs.
If you can not get into a SAP implementation department initially, try to become a valued asset to that organization any way you can.
If your a testor for the business side you might also be the department, what? It's whatever you can spin it into.
SAP (Initials of a German software product name) is a fully integrated software system, an Enterprise Resource Planning system aka "ERP". It is integrated from the bill of material through to production planning throught finance, warehouse, sales distribution etc.
Those in the business say the great thing about SAP is that it is fully integrated, the bad thing about it is that it is fully integrated. I.E. complex.

I've been working in IT fields for almost 9 years.
My earlier involvement was on Financials Software then I moved to another company which is selling ERP software for middle market.
From there I learnt a lot about ERP/CRM since I was doing implementation for my customers.
After few years there, esp. when SAP skills is on demand, I looked for another opportunity that can lead me to SAP.
I was lucky when I was hired by one of big tobacco company to lead Financial software project. And by end of this year, I will lead SAP project for my region.
This is how my working history to be SAP Implementor.
It is true what Danc3 said. If you're good in Business Process, then the chances to understand ERP application is much easier and your skills are very demanding..believe me!!!

To my understand if u have Industry working experinece its very easy to work with SAP and learn .There in the industry u might have manaul register work and maintain the Records .,But at SAP level its Totally different .Its something like making 10 Bedroom Apartment to 3 Bedroom Flat
so need to be Very Careful

You might find it easier to get a Job in a Company in a possition that is not realy involved with SAP. With a little luck and time you will get shoved into a possition that is SAP related. Or you attend a SAP course and try to find a newbie Job.
