Awesome Response!!! Thank you.
Let me reiterate my understanding -
Client is the instance i.e., the system that we are trying to log in. It has nothing to do with the client that is on our desktop other than the fact that the desktop client can log into the instance client. The instance client is what is being discussed in this section.
Suggesting that a Company is different from the client instance. A company is a legal entity with several legal entities [company codes]. Can be called a holding company. Each subsidiary may have some differences viz., currency, language...
Business Area provides another way for analyzing operations within an organization.
Thanks a lot of making it clear [Particularly in the case of Client]. Read too many books with as many versions of the Client. This seems to be logical.

Client - the instance of SAP (i.e. 100) that you log onto in the a "box" (i.e. DEV, QA, PRD). Each client has it's own set of master records and tables. You can set up multiple clients for one "box".
Company (I am assuming you mean the FI module term) - The smallest organizational unit for which individual financial statements can be drawn up according to the relevant commercial law. A company can consist of one or more company codes. All company codes within a company must use the same transaction chart of accounts and the same fiscal year breakdown. The company code currencies can be different. A company has one local currency in which its transaction figures are recorded.
Business Area - (I am assuming you mean the FI module term) An organizational unit of financial accounting that represents a separate area of operations or responsibilities within an organization and to which value changes recorded in Financial Accounting can be allocated.
You can create financial statements for business areas, and you can use these statements for various internal reporting purposes.
