ABAP Objects: Introduction to Programming SAP Applications by Horst Keller, Sascha Kruger.
This comes with 2 CDs with Mini-SAP on it which will allow you to create your own abap programs - but doesn't contain the Modules.

This is only good for BASIS and ABAP practice as there are no modules.

It is not possable to get a full version.

you can download full ABA or Java version on www.sdn.sap.com -> downloads -> SAP NetWeaver Sneak Preview and Trial
Also there is a SapGUI.
