Question

How to display payments to vendors by cost centre in SAP

I need to display all payments (with or without Purchase Orders and with or without Internal Order) to all vendors and cost centres in SAP for a specified period. I don't believe there is an existing transaction available in SAP, but if there is then please advise.

Alternatively, if I know which tables to join to extract the information, then I can create my own report.

I think Transaction Code FBL1N will solve Problem.

apitbajpai, thanks for the help. FBL1N  uses a table BSAK which contains all the fields I want. However field KOST (Cost Centre) often does not contain a value so I can't pick up the cost centre. I know it has to do with the fact that some payment are done against an Order which then, according to a settlement rule, settles to a cost centre. However I don't know all the tables/keys involved that will give me the cost centre for each record in table BSAK. I noted that in the BSAK table field AUFNR (Order number) also often contains no value.

Any further advice will be appreciated.

G/L Account for Vendor is Balance Sheet Type and there is  no CO object (Cost Center, Internal Order etc) attached to this account, right?
