Question

How do I list all terminated users in SAP?

I have a list of terminated employees from Human Resources (terminated between 1/1/08 - 9/1/08) and I need to see when the Employee\User was terminated in SAP.  What report do I run or table do I query to find this information?

I have looked at the USR02 table and it appears to only show active users.  Thanks for your help.

Hi!

Fields GLTGV and GLTGB in the table USR02 defines validity period for a user.
Deletion of a user is permanent. The only way to get information for deleted users ist to look for changedocuments.

depending on your  version of SAP you could actually use the SAP transaction

But I would also be very worried deleting users in SAP you shouldnever delete a user in SAPas you will loose the change information on them.

you should disable the account and you should leave them in the system so any outstanding orders can completed, Or you could get into a big muddle.

but SUIM holds all the change requests on a user.
this is in 4.6 and 4.7 sap

You have not told us what version of SAP you are on so it's hard to help.
