depending on your version of SAP you could actually use the SAP transaction

But I would also be very worried deleting users in SAP you shouldnever delete a user in SAPas you will loose the change information on them.
you should disable the account and you should leave them in the system so any outstanding orders can completed, Or you could get into a big muddle.
but SUIM holds all the change requests on a user.
this is in 4.6 and 4.7 sap

Hi!
Fields GLTGV and GLTGB in the table USR02 defines validity period for a user.
Deletion of a user is permanent. The only way to get information for deleted users ist to look for changedocuments.
