TDP for ERP
Hello,
I have a question regarding backing up SAP with Tivoli. Do you have to have TDP for ERP to backup SAP/Oracle? Or can you use TDPO instead? Also can TDP for ERP do everything that the regular TDPO client can do? Can TDP for ERP write directly to tape?

Hi,
To backup SAP/Oracle you need something that can work with the SAP BRTools. For Tivoli you need Tivoli Storage Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning. I'm not sure if it has all the same features of TDPO.
