asked on
calendar controls and vfp -top level forms
Hi:
pcelba and jrbblbr were most helpful recently in using the CALENDER control vfp offers.
Its great, thanks.
Then my users said they did not like the vfp window the forms run in. Easy; I said - make everything top level and the forms are independent of the window.
Until they click the button to activate the calender, that is.The calender does not appear.
Does anybody know how to resolve this? Trawling the internet reveals a lot about creating a new window; all above my head. I have tried 'SAME' and 'TOP' and 'BOTTOM' but, with different results, none of which really work. Ideally the calender window sitting on top of the originating form.
Thanks...and if it is 'create a window' then could you please give guidance?
