Can't access Internet with clients

Tags: Hawking, HFS8T Switch
Network with a wired setup using a Hawking HFS8t Switeh. Server running Windows server 2000 and clients with XP Pro. Server stats are dynamic and are currently
IP - 12.218.211.45
subnet 255.255.248.0
def gateway 12.218.208.1
DHCP 12.207.135.13
DNS 204.137.203.013
        216.148.225.135

Client 1 is
DHCP is not enabled

IP - 10.0.0.4
subnet 255.255.255.0
def gateway none
DHCP
DNS 10.0.0.1
       
Client 2 is

DHCP is not enabled
IP - 10.0.0.3
subnet 255.255.255.0
def gateway none
DHCP
DNS 10.0.0.1
       
Both clients show Internet connection but cannot access the Internet nor cn they access each other. I have tried pinging the server and the default gateway with no success.

HELP!
