machine name can't be resolved with local share when disconnected from netwok

In FRX the machine name can't be resolved with the share \\g8wnhc1\frxwebport\ in windows explorer (when it is disconnected from a network) ...the true path is c:\program files\frxwebport\

Its like the computer can't identify itself.
