INSERT/UPDATE INVALID problem

Hi

  The following error is shown repeatedly in the server logs. Could you plz let me know the possible reasons for this.

Adapter Runtime: Error Logged. See Error log for details. Error: [ADA.1.316] Cannot execute the SQL statement " INSERT STATEMENT HERE"

Check INDEX 1 in the connected DB2 schema to see which table/columns are experiencing "non-uniqueness".
