Try http://service.sap.com/swd c
e/sap/bc/b sp/spn/dow nload_bask et/ downloa d.htm?obji d=01200252 3100009241 022007D
Then press the "entry by application group" on the left hand side of the screen, and choose the following path:
"Support Packages and Patches" SAP Frontend Components" SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS" SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS 7.10 CORE"
Then coose "SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS 7.10 CORE" and "win32"
You'll find patches 3 and 4 (the two most recent atm) on the top of the "list" of downloadable objects. You may try to follow this link, but it's probably dynamic, so it may or may not work, but definately requires a download manager:

However, in the release notes, I dont see any fixes to excell that relates to export of filesets. Maybe you have a different problem ?
