Mr. Jinesh Kamdar you have helped me in the past. The title of my previous question was "Insert data into Form and Eliminate duplicate data". You can revert back to this title for all the attachments to resolve my current issue.
1 - I am using Access 2003. I created a workmen's comp database which is really a tracking system for workmen's comp patient. I have one table and 1 form which you can look at my previous attachments or if you would like me to resend any information please let me know. I would like to set a criteria where I can produce a report that will have all patient's that belong to a specific Adjuster. How can I accomplish this task?
