The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Error message when using remote backup service.

I receive these messages when I try using the remote backup feature integrated into Intedata, Softwater, Ver. 2.9.06.  

"avrrt40: Runtime error occurred in Program REMOTEBACKUP at Line 84: Automation Error: (800a0183)"

"avrrt40: Runtime error occurred in Program REMOTEBACKUP at Line 153: I/O operation attempted on a file that is not open."

"avrrt40: Runtime error occurred in Program REMOTEBACKUP at Line 110: Unknown exception occurred."

"avrrt40: Runtime error occurred in ProgramBackup at Line 84: The FTP server did not accept a FTP command for an unexpected reason."

""avrrt40: Runtime error occurred in Program REMOTEBACKUP at Line 182: Unknown exception occurred."

"avrrt40: Runtime error occurred in ProgramSoftwater at Line 980: Unknown exception occurred."

The software developer cannot determine the source of this problem.  He thinks it's a firewall issue.  The program is closed on all computers when the backup is being done.  Windows firewall is disabled in the initial window and the Advanced settings.  We're running Symantec AntiVirus 9.0.0.338 in Managed Mode from the server.  We've done a command line test to log into the FTP server and it is successful.

Can you determine if this is our network or something in their backup software?
