What a software engineer will do after 10 years?

I am enthusiastic to know the truth..

i know that a development or software engineering experinence is nothing after working for continues 10 years ... its all repeatation... or someone has to start from the scratch if there is any new technologies..so its same as working with a fresher...

so after 10 years ..how to plan my future ...
i am a software engineer having 2+ in india ...i am planing to do partime mba ... and getting into management after 10 year or before ..will that make sense ?

But after that management experience is an evergreen one ...i have lots of questions and doubt..please clear?
