Since this weekend problems occured with our SAP Server. More specific with the printing system. Employees were unable to print anything from SAP, so we decided to restart the
server which hosts the printers.
Employees were able to print again, but for some reason SAP says for every printjob "Processing", but the print jobs were all printed.
Printing from Windows Application (word, excel, etc...) gives no problem.
Prints to the local device (locl) don't have any problem. Also when they use the same print queue.
For example : printer RP10 is attached to \\servername\hp3027-2 and is also added as printer on the local system. Printing from SAP to RP10 gives the "Waiting in host spooler", but when printing to the same printer uses "locally" it gives no error.
Someone who can help me or has some tips for me.

The only other thing that it could be normally is the option under SPAD > RP10 > Access Method > Query status through polling option.
If for some reason the SAP system can't get the correct info from the printer or print server then you will see what you describe. You don't see this with the LOCL printer as LOCL printer device type in SAP does not have this option. So did anything change anywhere on the servers or network such as new FW rule or something?

Hi,
If you logon to your Windows print server and look at the queue for the printers do you see all the documents listed and "Printed"? If so right click the printer and select properties > Select Advanced > Check if the option "Keep Printed Documents" is selected.
If it is try un-ticking this and then re-check your SAP SP01 output for the printer you changed. This setting normally causes what you are describing.
